Stacey deBach has spent the last decade shaking cocktails for golf clubs, private events, and Tahoe celebrations, pouring drinks that made other people's businesses run.
Shaken, Not Stirred is hers. The same hospitality you'd expect from the best resort bar in Tahoe, now mobile to your venue, your backyard, your lake house.
Based in Reno with a long history serving the Tahoe corridor: Lake Tahoe (both sides), Truckee, Carson Valley, and out to Sacramento or Mammoth on request.

Everything we get asked, answered first.
Wait, you don't bring the alcohol?
Correct. Shaken, Not Stirred is a dry-hire mobile bar service: you (or your venue) supply the spirits, wine, and beer. You buy at retail or Costco prices instead of paying venue markups, and we carry the pouring license and the liability insurance, so you own the inventory and we keep it legal. We bring everything else:
- The bar and the bartenders
- All glassware, mixers, and garnishes
- Fresh juices, syrups, and ice
What does each package include?
Every package includes the core setup. Larger packages add bartenders, signature cocktail design, and a pre-event consultation.

Do you travel? What about travel fees?
Our core area covers most of the region, and there is no travel fee inside it.
- No travel fee: Lake Tahoe (both the California and Nevada sides), Reno, Truckee, and the Carson Valley
- Further afield (Mammoth, Sacramento, the Yosemite area) is absolutely doable
- For those, we quote travel and lodging separately during your consultation
How does booking work? How fast do you respond?

- Stacey personally responds within 24 hours, usually same-day, by text and email
- If your date is open, we send a contract and lock it in with a 50% deposit
- The remaining 50% is due two weeks before your event
- Deposits are non-refundable
What about insurance and licensing?
We carry full liability insurance and hold the pouring license required for dry-hire mobile bar service.

Can you design signature cocktails for our event?
Yes. That's one of our favorite parts.
- We talk through the vibe, your love story (for weddings) or your company brand (for corporate), and any cocktails you already love
- We suggest 2–4 signatures and tweak them to your taste
- We print the menus and have them ready when your guests arrive
- Stacey has 10+ years behind the bar and a deep cocktail library to draw from
What's the minimum and maximum event size you take?
Minimum is intimate. We'll happily do a 20-person backyard celebration.
- Up to about 150 guests on a single bar with our standard setup
- 200+ guests, we add bartenders and extra bar stations
- Reach out with your specifics. Almost everything is doable with enough lead time
How far in advance should I book?
It depends on the season and the kind of event.
- Weddings, especially May–October: 6–9 months ahead is ideal
- Corporate events and private parties: 4–8 weeks is usually plenty
- Sooner than that, even inside two weeks, still ask. We can often take short notice in shoulder season
